To reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of $600 is required. The remaining balance must be paid up to a week prior to your event. An additional $300 damage deposit will be charged and refunded after the event if no damages or excessive mess occur.

No sweeping, mopping, or table teardown is required! Basic cleaning is included in your rental. However, you are responsible for removing all personal decorations, emptying excessive trash, and leaving the venue without wall or fixture damage.

Yes! We offer total flexibility allowing you to select your own food and beverage vendors or even bring your own prepared food. Please note that the renter assumes full responsibility for serving alcohol and food responsibly during the event.

To prevent property damage, we do not allow tape, tacks, staples, nails, rice, confetti, glitter, or open flames/candles. Renters are responsible for any damage caused to walls, floors, or fixtures.

Friday and Saturday rentals include access until midnight. Monday through Thursday and Sunday rentals last until 11:00 PM. If you wish to extend your event past midnight, additional hours are available for $200/hour.
